In June 1986 Diego Maradona, considered by many to be the greatest footballer of all time, proudly hoisted the '86 World Cup in his hands.

El Diego played in four FIFA World Cups during his career including Argentina's triumphant victory against West Germany in Mexico City, 1986. During the course of the tournament Maradona, unanimously voted the best player of the tournament, scored what was later voted as the 'goal of the century'.
